How it works
From order to delivery, six steps.
We confirm tier and scope.
We reply within one working day with the tier we recommend, what is included, what is not, and the delivery date. If the question needs more than a Standard Brief, we will say so honestly.
You pay by card.
A secure card payment link is sent. Settlement in AED, GBP, or USD. Once paid, the work begins the same working day.
We deliver the note.
PDF note emailed to you on the agreed date. Sources cited. Methodology disclosed. We do not recycle templates; every note is built for the specific question.
Call and revisions.
Research Brief includes one 30 minute call. Standard Brief includes two. Use them after reading the note, to discuss, push back, or extend. Revisions included as listed.
Re-engage if useful.
Many clients return for a second or third note over the course of a year. Repeat clients are sent a returning-customer code. We do not chase you with content emails.

Research notes at this price point are scoped to one question. We will not stretch them to cover three. If your question turns out to be larger than it looks, we will tell you and offer the right tier, not pad the note. Refunds available pro-rata under our refund policy.
